![]() I rate this movie slightly on the high side of my average for this genre because of the unexpected plot lines and because of Hunter King as the appealing Maggie. This movie lacked an opportunity for Hallmark's signature scenery. ![]() The dialogue is decent but not sparkling. Other players did their part but I can't decide whether Lillian Doucet-Roche succeeded as Chloe deliberately or just fell into the portrayal of this sadly confused woman. A bodyguard hired to protect a rich daughter at her wedding has to take on the role of bridesmaid and go undercover. Made on the cheap, no big names, cute story, directed towards a female audience and basically very standard filmmaking. Hunter King and Chandler Massey have chemistry. Credits: Executive Producer: Sydell Albert, Howard Braunstein. Undercover Bridesmaid reminded me of the annual flurry of Christmas movies produced by the Hallmark Channel. Another minor twist is the source of the inspiration for the resolution of the Conflict which results inevitably for obvious reasons. Starring Brooke Burns, Gregory Harrison, Nicole Paggi. Her thread is just a mess with some unlikely details also. A bodyguard (Brooke Burns) becomes a bridesmaid for a tycoons daughter after she receives a series of death threats. More like his campaign doners' interests will be contrary to the majority of the public. We're told the mayor can't be confronted by Henry because the electorate will be evenly divided no matter what stance he takes on the park. Some of the elements used for mild tension in the heart of the movie are a little weak. Henry and Maggie/Maise met and engaged nicely with one another. Another thing I found refreshing was skipping the usual initial antagonism between the leads. Brooke Burns ('Melrose Place') stars as a bodyguard who must go undercover to protect, a tycoon's daughter from death threats before her big day in 'Undercov. Henry was only mildly annoying in his reporter persona which allowed him to be likeable on the whole. This premise usually leads inevitably to a certain conflict near the end, but not here which I found refreshing. The other part of the premise is an investigative reporter sent to cover the wedding. ![]() It includes the requirement that she keep the big Secret of her identity. 2.7K views, 39 likes, 6 loves, 2 comments, 5 shares, Facebook Watch Videos from Hallmark Movies Now: Watch 'Undercover Bridesmaid' when a security agent, played by Brooke Burns, goes undercover as a. That’s not even to mention the groom’s charming best pal, Jake (Justin Baldoni, “The Bold and the Beautiful”), who mysteriously wanders off after a shooting goes down. She’s also got to contend with the overly bubbly bridesmaids an aunt who is depleting the family scholarship fund a playboy cousin with an inheritance at stake a business partner with a great big ax to grind and a groom (Jay Kenneth Johnson, “Days of Our Lives”) who seems to have an eye for every female he gazes at.
